Event Details

Craft Marquee a popular feature on the 140 acre showground. Also Food and Horticultural Marquees. An outdoor classroom and playground all rolled into one for children and all for free to any under 16s when accompanied by an adult. Non-stop main ring attractions. Meerkat Enclosure and Interactive Animal area. Close encounters with Alpacas, Bats, Bearded Dragon, Bees, Cattle, Dogs, Donkeys, Falcons, Ferrets, Goats, Guinea Pigs, Hawks, Horses, Llama, Mules, Owls, Ponies, Poultry, Rabbits, Scorpions, Sheep, Snakes & Spiders. Childrens events & fairground rides. Horticultural, Food and Craft Marquees & unusual shops . Beer tents. Over 1,500 horses, ponies and donkeys from Thelwells to Shires in over 100 different classes ranging from gymkhana classes to Horse of the Year Show qualifiers. Bank Holiday Monday also historic Carriages from film sets pulled by 3,4 & 5 horses, Companion Dog Show, Terrier Show & Racing and the magnificent finale Grand Parade of Cattle, the largest display in SE.
