Event Details
The Wessex Country Fair is back for its fifth year and is bigger and better than ever. Bring along the whole family “ we have something for everyone! From archery and a birds of prey display to dog agility and activities for the kids, you can be sure to keep everyone entertained.A wide range of trade stands, both in the dedicated shopping marquee and also surrounding the main arena, will provide visitors with the opportunity to buy good quality crafts, delicious foods and beautiful fashion and home accessories.
The Wessex Country Fair is also a celebration of country ways, rural lifestyles and country sports. This year the Main Arena attractions include dressage camels, dog obedience and birds of prey all interspersed with dance and cheerleading displays. In addition to the main ring attractions there will be plenty to keep you entertained throughout the day. Try your skills at archery, pet a lamb or pygmy goat or test your dogs retrieval skills on the gun dog scurry.
As ever, we will have a delicious range of high quality hot and cold food and drinks stands and following the popularity of last year's music tent, we will have a Music Stage showcasing talent from local artists. The Touring Bar Company will also provide local and speciality beers and a range of soft drinks, giving you the chance to soak up the summer sun to the soothing sound of music.
The Hospice Village, run by our dedicated hospice staff and volunteers, will have a traditional village fete theme with delicious cream teas, cakes, sandwiches and a range of stalls including face painting, a tombola, a plant stall and much more.

Car Parking Information
Car parking for both stallholders and attendees on site. Stallholders when booking an outside pitch can pay an extra £15 to park next to their pitch.
