THERE WILL BE A 'SOFT OPENING' ON TUESDAY 10 JULY AND WE CAN NOW OFFER A FURTHER FULL DAYS TRADING AT NO EXTRA COST. THIS WILL BE PITCHED AT LOCALS BEFORE THE CROWDS ARRIVE FOR THE MAIN EVENT

The location of the market is in St Peters Quadrant on the North side of the river, along from the Glass Centre. Located beside the market will be a Vintage Funfair and the stage area for the whole event. The ships will be berthed below the quadrant in the mouth of the River Weir and event organisers are expecting 1.5 million people to attend over the four days. The market site is directly below one of the Park and Ride points and alongside the Blue Badge parking for the whole event.

To keep your costs as low as possible, we are offering 3m x 3m pitches to enable you to use your own Gazebos. Please note these must be of sturdily constructed and properly weighed down so that it can cope with poor weather conditions, also the market site is a paved area and there will be no fixing points. You need to ensure that your weights are sufficient and if using water ballast you must provide your own water supply.

If you do not have your own gazebo we can hire in a stable ‘mini marquee’ at an additional cost, but this must be made clear at the point of booking.

We are limited to between 60 and 70 pitches and will be work on a first come first served basis whilst ensuring a good mix of products. Where applicable, we have a requirement to give priority to those traders who can provide a nautical or Tall Ships theme within a percentage of their produce. If you wish to book you must list all items that you intend to sell over the course of the event and if accepted request permission for any changes.

The cost for the 3m x 3m bay is £280.00 (£336.00 incl. VAT) for the four trading days. Hours of trading are to be confirmed but will be between 10am and 10pm.

If you are interested in trading please reply by email to enquiries@nemarkets.com requesting a booking form and advising what you would like to sell, exact details can be confirmed on acceptance of the booking. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any bookings without a minimum deposit payment of £100.00.
