Please note that this event is now fully booked but we are able to offer you space at our Fair at Leamington Town Hall on 7th and 8th December (no jewellery please as we are over-subscribed in this area).

With three successful Christmas Fairs at this venue, each achieving footfall in excess of 1200, we will be holding another there this year on Saturday 16th November. Admission for the public, from 10am and 4pm, will be free and the event will be widely promoted, including paid advertising.

The Town Hall is well placed in the middle of the town, with constant footfall past the building. We will again be using the ground and first floors (there is a small lift) and can accommodate 50 tables. We will be offering a choice of table sizes our traditional 6 x 23 at £35.00 and others measuring 49 x 2 at £25.00 (no increase on last year, despite rising costs of staging the event).

If you require additional space (for items such as a card spinner, hanging rail etc) this can be purchased at a cost of £10 per foot. If you do not book and pay for space then this cannot be guaranteed.

If you are a registered charity, or raising money for one, then please enquire about a discount although charity places are limited.

Although there is no parking on site, there is plenty of affordable parking within 3-4 minutes walk from the venue. The most affordable is currently £5.50 for 12 hours if parked before 9.30. Full details will be included in the exhibitor information pack distributed 10-14 days before the event.



When selecting stall holders we aim to ensure a well balanced, vibrant and high quality Fair and we allocate a maximum of 10% of tables to any one type of product (e.g. jewellery, cards, cosmetics/skincare). Demand for these spaces in particular is always heavy so (very) early booking is highly recommended.

In addition to the gift and craft stands, there will be a tombola and Save The Children will have their own stand selling cards, wrapping paper, homemade cakes and hand knitted childrens clothes, together with tickets for their Christmas Raffle. Light refreshments will be available.

As with all our Fairs, Save the Children will undertake a vigorous marketing campaign, targeting both the residents of Stratford and the many tourists who flock to the town.
