Following the success of last years Fair at Stratford Town Hall, which achieved footfall in excess of 1,200, we will be holding a Christmas Fair there this year. Admission for the public, from 10am and 4pm, will be free and the event will be widely promoted, including paid advertising.

The Town Hall is well placed in the middle of the town, with constant footfall past the building. We will again be using the ground and first floors (there is a lift) and can accommodate 50 tables. We will be offering a choice of table sizes � our traditional 6 x 23� at £35.00 and others measuring 49� x 2 at £25.00 (no increase on last year, despite rising costs of staging the event).

If you are a registered charity, or raising money for one, then please enquire about a discount although charity places are limited. If you require additional space (for items such as a card spinner, hanging rail etc) this can be purchased at a cost of £10 per foot. If you do not book space then this cannot be guaranteed.

Payment may be made by cheque or by BACS (Sort code: 08-02-28; Account No: 65585780). Please note that space will only be confirmed on receipt of documentary proof of a BACS payment. All bookings will be promptly acknowledged.

A booking form is attached. Priority will be given to handmade and fair traded items.

When selecting stall holders we aim to ensure a well balanced, vibrant and high quality Fair and we allocate a maximum of 10% of tables to any one type of product (e.g. jewellery, cards, cosmetics/skincare).

In addition to the gift and craft stands, there will be a tombola and Save The Children will have their own stand selling cards, wrapping paper, homemade cakes and hand knitted childrens clothes, together with tickets for their Christmas Raffle. Light refreshments will be available.

As with all our Fairs, Save the Children will undertake a vigorous marketing campaign, targeting both the residents of Stratford and the many tourists who flock to the town.

The nearest NCP car park, in Rother Street, has an early bird offer - park before 9.30am for £4.50 for the day. Other car parks are also available.
