Event Details
The Stubbington Ark Festive Fair - 29th November 2026, 11:00 - 16:00This year we are located back at the Crofton Equestrian Centre, PO14 3EW
As usual we'll have plenty of stalls, games, activities, raffles and prizes to be won.
This is your chance to be part of the action. We have pitches available for all kinds of stalls. Please select your pitch from the drop down menu - corresponding to the arena layout in the image below. Perimeter pitches include a ?£5 premium.
We can not accept pitches from food/drink vendors - We can however have stalls selling sealed (eat at home style) food and drink.
All pitches are 3m x 3m - If you require more space, please email events@rspcasolent.co.uk for pricing on a larger pitch.
All perimeter pitches require the stall holder to use a 3m x 3m gazebo/EZ up with a roof and back
All centre pitches are advised to use a gazebo/EZ up as the roof is prone to leaking in wet weather.
There is parking an site.
There is possibility for limited electricity supply to pitches that need it. This is available only to perimeter pitches.
Further information and details will be provided by the end of September.
All stalls selling food/drinks for human consumption should select pitches in the lower (entrance) side of the arena.
All stalls selling animal products/dog treats etc should select pitches nearer the top (back) of the arena.www.rspcasolentbranch.org/product/festive-fair-vendor-pitch
