Rosebery School Christmas Fair Epsom - Rosebery School is holding their annual christmas fair, which is known in the community for always being held on the last Friday of November.
As with every year we will be welcoming external stallholders.

We will be using two halls which will be a mixture of school-led stalls and activities as well as external stalls.

Stall fees as follows:
Unaffiliated stall £25
Pupil/Parent Stall £15
Charity Organisation £15
Pupil half size stall £5

Table top size is approximately 120cm x 240cm and will be set up for you in advance. Any freestanding displays should not block walkways for health and safety reasons.

Access to your stall area will be from 4.30pm on the evening of the fair and all stalls must be cleared away by 9.00pm that same evening.

Raffle prize

We request that all stall holders donate an item to be used in a future PSA fundraising event.

Please note:

Rosebery PSA reserve the right to cancel the event or an individual booking, the liability being limited to the booking fee only.
Rosebery PSA reserve the right to allocate stall positions.
A stall booking is not considered confirmed until payment has been received.
Cancellations will be considered up to 10 days before the event and a refund of the stall holders fee less £10 cancellation fee will be made.
