Event Details
The Friends of Long Field are holding a Christmas Fayre at Long Field Academy in November 2016.The school will have a few stall/tables of their own, including a Tombola, Book Stall, a Cake stall, etc, but were offering the opportunity to hire a stall to independent stallholders. Building on the experience of our first ever fair last year, we have made a number of improvements and plan additional advertising to the local community.
We are offering stalls/tables at £10 for one, or £15 for two (paid in advance), plus a donation to the raffle for all bookings.
Set up will be available from 9am, and the aim is to clear the school by 3:30pm.
The Fayre will be open to the public from 11am until 2pm, with an admission charge of 50p per person.
Car Parking Information
The school car park will be open, with free parking.
