At F&B candle store we want our customers to be happy and satisfied with their purchases that is why every order is carefully checked and packed.

Should you not be Satisfied with your purchases, we offer 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you will need to contact us at f.belief2021@gmail.com.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed immediately after receiving photographic proof of damage / return of item(s).

We will not be able to refund candles or wax melts that have been used.

Refund will be processed back to your original payment method, it will exclude postage costs.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
