Limited number of tables for hire.

Two chairs provided per table

If you supply your own table it should be no larger than the size stated above. (Typically a fold up pasting table works well)

There will be limited space but you can use up to 30cm of floor space in front of your table to display larger items.

Please price your items clearly - people don't tend to ask, they much prefer to know.

Please ensure that clothes are in age groups and gender groups as otherwise it feels and looks like a jumble sale and people will want to pay pence rather than valuable pounds!

The hall is located on the ground floor and easily accessible.

Full disability access including allocated parking bays

Onsite parking is limited so please unload your car/van/vehicle and move onto the street. We don't want to limit the parking in the car park for buyers.
Refreshments on site including home made 'Food Hut' cream teas, cakes, ice creams, waffles and homemade lemonade!

There is no ATM nearby so please sign up for one of the on-line card payment via smart phone services if you want to maximise your sales. Basic systems are free (I zettle basic) and cost pence on your transactions.

Childrens craft and fun activities will be available on the day to ensure little ones have as much fun as you do!

Stallholder access

Doors for set up open 45 minutes before the doors open to the public. Please ensure that you are prepared and have your price labels et sorted. Being prepared and thinking about your stall layout in advance will boost your sales tremendously.

Please bring some carrier bags, even though peple are used to bringing their own bags, it is always useful to have bags handy.

Don't forget plenty of change!

IF YOU HAVE NOT BOOKED A TABLE PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO BRING YOUR OWN.

Please make sure that you clear up after you and take home all rubbish.
