Make It York are seeking traders, artists and makers who embrace the ?enchanted theme to create a brand-new element of the highly anticipated York Ice Trail. The Ice Village will be a small selection of vendors appealing to a family friendly audience under the umbrella theme, Enchanted for the highly anticipated York Ice Trail. The event attracted an audience of 80,000 in 2025.

Situated on Parliament Street, the heart of the Ice trail were looking for workshop sessions alongside retail traders and artists/makers. The event will run on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th February 2026.



York Ice Trail 2026 theme
A spell has been cast and ice sculptures, alive with enchantment appear across the cobbled and narrow streets of the city. Sculptures inspired by magic, mystery, the weird and wonderful create an extraordinary trail. But who cast the spell? And why? Follow the trail. Uncover the truth. Before the ice melts?and takes everything with it.
