We are looking for a wide range of individuals and businesses to join us for our Food Fayres.

The Food Fayres are situated in outdoor Market stalls (which are provided) and located in and around the Café Lavender Blue Courtyard outside the Farm Shop and Garden Centre entrance which is the main thoroughfare to and from the car park. Working alongside Hatton Farm Shop we are looking for suppliers of eggs, pies, honey, fish, juices, wines, beer, cider, fruit & vegetables, sauces, nuts, preserves, breads & vegan food. Kitchen accessories and dining ware, oven ware, cutlery, linen, drink ware, candles, aprons and all things to do with food, drink the kitchen and the table. Hatton Farm Shop will have their own suppliers at the Markets. All food/drink related stalls must have �tastings� available for visitors.

Based on 2018 visitor numbers it is envisaged the foot fall will be approx. 3,000 � 4,500 to the site over a 2 day period Saturday & Sunday.

The Food Fayres will be open from 10am until 5pm and the following charges apply:-
� Saturday 8th & Sunday 9th June. £35 for Saturday or Sunday. £55 for Saturday and Sunday.
� Friday 8th, Saturday 9th & Sunday 10th November. £20 for Friday. £40 for Saturday or Sunday. £60 for Saturday and Sunday. £70 for all 3 days.

There will also be a Craft Fayre on inside a marquee on the same dates.

 Flyers are printed and distributed on site and locally.
 Adverts in Ferncumbe News and Claverdon Parish News.

There is catering and permanent shops on site.
There is a café and restaurant on site for refreshments and a cash machine is located in the restaurant. 10% discount vouchers for the café and restaurant will be available for stall holders.

Free tea and coffee is available for all stall holders � weather permitting. We have teamed up with the charity Alzheimers so donations into the charity box (next to the tea and coffee) in return for this would be most appreciated.

Hatton Country World is a side by side attraction encompassing Hatton Shopping Village (free admission) and Hatton Adventure World (paid for attraction, where Father Christmas will be) for more information please visit their website.
