Event Details
Sidmouth FolkWeek is a great place to trade. Many thousands of people visit Sidmouth FolkWeek each year, and unlike many festivals, our craft and music fairs are right in the heart of town ensuring a high flow of both Festival goers and local residents alike.

Open each day from 9am “ 6pm.
Positioned on Peacock Lawn, right next to Blackmore Gardens, which hosts the Childrens Festival and is in the centre of the town and attracts a high footfall due to its location.
The Craft Village is open to both Festival Ticket Holders and the General Public ensuring maximum access.
There are 28 separate marquee units complete with a hard floor (furniture is available on request).
The stalls all measure 3m x 3m or multiples thereof and are only available for full week hire.
We are currently looking into providing a secondary option for those only able to exhibit for a day or two so please do email and ask to be added to this list if you are interested so that we can advise you when this is arranged.
Café Dish is located in the Craft Village allowing for long dwell times within the space offering lunches, Devon Cream Teas & Refreshments.
Central seating area.
Relaxed Entertainment.
On site Manager throughout the week.
Overnight security lighting and personnel.
Electrical supply is available for all Craft Village traders.
Footway across site in case of muddy ground.
Signage from all directions as well as in the official event programme.
Camping is available at a discounted rate at the festival campsite with a free bus service available to craft traders if requested.
Applications (along with deposit cheques) are accepted until 1st April 2018.
Once confirmed by us, your deposit cheque will be paid in within 10 days.
If you are not confirmed, your deposit cheque will be returned to you via post.
Selection criteria is based on:
Goods are made within the UK
Originality of goods on offer
Providing a good mix of craft within the fair
A focus on and promotion of South-West based traders
A significant majority of the goods for sale to be produced in-house

Car Parking Information
Arrival and Departure of Stallholder closely managed and parking is elsewhere (with a charge). e can help arrange this but once on site, no cars will be admitted until the end of the event.
