The Leamington, Warwick & Kenilworth branch of Save the Children is holding their eleventh Christmas Craft and Gift Fair at Leamington Town Hall on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd December 2018 and will again have a maximum of 56 tables available. The Town Hall is located on the main shopping street in Leamington and the event will be well supported by locals and visitors alike.

The event will, as always, be vigorously marketed and will benefit from the popular Yuletide Market in the town on Sunday 2nd. We anticipate that we will achieve footfall of 2,800+ over the two days (as long as the weather is not too unkind).

The Fair will be open to the public from 10am to 4pm on Saturday 1st and from 11am to 5pm on Sunday 2nd December. Admission will be free.

You are invited to take space at this event. A 6’ x 2’3” table will cost £70 for both days or £40 for either Saturday or Sunday (once again, no increase on last year’s prices). A booking form is attached. Priority will be given to handmade and fair traded items.

If you are a registered charity, or raising money for one, then please enquire about a discount although charity places are limited. Please note that if you require additional space (for items such as a card spinner, hanging rail etc) this can be purchased at a cost of £10 per foot. If you do not book space then this cannot be guaranteed.

Space always sells quickly for this event so early booking is recommended. When selecting stall holders we will aim to ensure a well balanced, vibrant and high quality Fair. Please note that there is always a very heavy demand for space from jewellers, card makers, skincare and those selling bags of all shapes and sizes.

In addition to the gift and craft stands, there will be a tombola, cake stall and Save The Children will be selling cards, wrapping paper and other Christmas items, as well as tickets for their Christmas Raffle. Light refreshments will be available.

Although there is no car parking at the venue, there are several car parks within 3-4 minutes walk of the venue together with free on street parking. Full details will be sent to all exhibitors in advance of the event.
