Christmas fair- this will be held in the outdoor courtyard behind the house. Stalls will be set up in that area with marquees being erected by stall owners. There will be a seating area in front of the Tea Room to allow members of the public to sit down.

Open day- this will be held Inside the house. Couples and their families can enter through the entrance off the billet lane cul-de-sac.

Langtons Gardens and Fielders Field are public gardens and open space located at the edge of Hornchurch Town Centre. It consists of the largely intact pleasure grounds of the Grade II Listed Langtons House. The gardens as they exist now were designed in the late 18th Century by Humphry Repton as a small parkland focused on a serpentine lake. Langtons Garden is sited in a residential area and bounded mainly by back gardens of the properties around the grounds. Much of the housing covers the former parkland of the original estate. The current main entrance is off Billet Lane, a historic route which runs up the east side of the site.
Car Parking Information
All parking for the public will be off site. Parking is available opposite the Queens Theatre. Traders/Stall vehicles in the park: All stall vehicles will enter from the Main Vehicle Entrance on Billet Lane. Vehicles access gates will be opened once you arrive. These gates will remain shut unless an emergency situation occurs. Langtons Gardens is subject to local bylaws which mean gates will be locked half an hour before sunset.
