Event Details
Kaya festival is a popular world music festival celebrating it's tenth year in the huge space of Overstone park. There will be 2 stages and well known headlining acts. There will also be spoken word, a healing area, workshops, food stalls and craft and gift stalls. There will be around 3000 tickets sold.
I am looking to book craft, fair trade and gift stalls for this event for our market area.
We are keen to attract stall holders who are able to attend all 4 days. Cost is £150 for space for a large space (room for 3 by 3 metre marquee) for 4 days or £75 for a small space ( room for 6 foot table and chairs ). For those who can only come for the day the cost is £25 for small space per day or £50 for the large space .kaya-festival.com/
Car Parking Information
Stall holders who are coming for the weekend may set up on the Thursday evening before and drive to their pitch
Day stall holders may set up from 10 am. You will need to park in the allocated car park and take your goods to the area. There will be volunteers to help and trolleys available
