. Stall Holders fees/things to know:- For sales of £200 or under, the stall rental charge will be £20.
- For sales of over £200, the stall rental charge will be 10% of total sales.
2. Stall Holders Selling/Advertising a Service
- A flat rate of £20 rental is required.
3. Stall holders that wish to sell products and donate all proceeds to Holy Innocents R.C. Primary School.
- Agreement with PFA relating to what is to be created and sold.
- If agreed, cost for ingredients/materials will be reimbursed by the PFA (submission of receipts required) after the summer fair.
4. The stall keepers will be required to pay the minimum rental charge at least 2 weeks before the summer fair I.e before 11th November 2023 (where applicable).
5. The stall keepers will be required to declare their sales at the end of the fair (where applicable).
