HOW DID YOU DECIDE ON YOUR COMPANY NAME?
My nickname is Cazza and I wanted a broad spectrum name so decided on creations to cover lots of my craft items.
WHAT DATE DID YOU START CAZZA'S CREATIONS?
January 2013.
CAN YOU TELL US THE REASONS THAT MADE YOU START? :
I lost my job as a carer due to health reasons and had to find something I enjoyed doing, to earn some extra money and hopefully to grow a business over a year or two. Plus I'm animal mad and my pets are willing models and comfort testers for my new items.
GIVE US A BRIEF OVERVIEW OF WHAT YOU SELL, WHERE AND WHAT YOU ENJOY ABOUT IT:
I mostly make pet beds with the separate covers. They are extremely popular as they are so easy to keep clean. I also make bespoke cushions and my Catnip pillows. I enjoy the designing aspect the best but I also love including the pets in photos and the customers love my updates!
WHAT IS YOUR INSPIRATION?
My love of designing and sewing. I loved sewing in school and passed at grade A. I never got to have a career in this until recently. Of course my pets inspire me and I get to spend time at home with them.
WHAT IS YOUR BESTSELLING ITEM(S)?
My bespoke pet beds are the most popular items.
ANY LESSONS LEARNT ALONG THE WAY THAT YOU CAN SHARE?
Always research a new product well and make sure your prices are not too high or too low.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOPES FOR THE FUTURE?
To carry on progressing and learning new techniques such as patchwork and machine embroidery.
