We are looking for traders and vendors who sell crafts, jewellery, recycled products, bags, scarves, wall art, cards, candles, books and more?

Unsure about your products then please ask me.

You will need to bring your own gazebo. The approximate space available for your gazebo is 5m x 5m. Space available is on grass and there is no electrical point.

Public Liability Insurance is required, a copy of which will need to be supplied. If you dont have any then we can recommend a company.

Our theme for this event is Garden Fete therefore we request that stall holders dress their gazebo in this theme and if possible match products to the event. There are plans to hold various entertainment including music, tombola and other fun activities. The Hatton Arms will be open as usual selling food and drinks.

Stalls are to be set up and trading between 12 noon and 5pm each day and is £40 for an individual day & £65 for 2 consecutive days.

Stalls will be located on the grass area at the back of the Hatton Arms which has easy access off the A4177 Warwick to Solihull Road. See Hatton Arms website for more information about the site.
