Wild Strawberry Events Big Xmas Craft & Gift Fair

Welcome to our wonderful 2 Day Big Xmas Craft & Gift Fair event that we have planned for the weekend of 2nd & 3rd December 2017 at Brighton Racecourse.

We hand select all our traders so that we have a very high calibre of creations from stall holders. We try and keen the majority local and hand made too as this is an important part of our integrity.

Our regular fairs we have approx 45 stalls but at the Big Xmas Fair we plan to have approx 120 stalls, and a separate room with a full Cafe and seating area, Story-time with Santa throughout the day, Soft Play for the kids as well as face painting and hopefully a craft table too.
Our big thing is that we love hand made and we love local, so we always try and make our fairs as much about this as possible which i hope is why are fairs are popular.

I am currently in talks with the local radio, the lamp post banner people and groupon to ensure that this event will be well marketed and reach as many as possible and will hopefully be the Xmas Fair not to be missed in 2017.
There will be an entrance fee at this event as this is the only way we can use Groupon but i don't see it as a hindrance. It should mean that people attending are actually there to spend money rather than just browse.

Stall Prices are:

Main room : £80 per day or £150 for both days
Price includes a 6ft table, chairs, electricity point and only £1 for a tea or coffee for stall holders. (sorry this is Racecourse charge not mine).

Outside : £40 per day or £75 for both days
Price includes 2 x 6ft tables, chairs, electricity point and only £1 for a tea or coffee for stall holders. (sorry this is Racecourse charge not mine).
(You will need to provide your own Gazebo but you'll have a large 3m x 3m space)

We are currently about 40% booked in the Main Room already and only a few remaining stalls for outside.
The last big fair at this venue saw over 2000 people come through the door so we are hoping to top this and make this a Xmas Fair not to be missed.

So please mark the date in your diary, 2nd & 3rd December and please do get in touch if you'd like to sell your wares at our Big Xmas Gift Fair.
Payment for this fair is not needed until end of August but a completed booking form will secure your stall as our events usually sell out well before the date.
