STALLHOLDERS WANTED

Craft Fair at St Ives Town Football Club, Westwood Road, St Ives, PE27 6DT

Sunday 16th November 2014

10am-4pm



After being a stallholder at various craft fairs I have decided to organise my own.

We are looking for 15 stallholders for our first craft fair at the Football Club.

Cost per table �£15 (with Table Provided)

The Fair will be advertised in the following places

Online through Craft Websites as well as the Football Club website

On Social Media

Leaflets around the Town (handed out and in shop windows)

Leaflets through letterboxes

And hopefully, newspaper adverts & roadside banners

Parking is available at the club for stallholders and adjacent in the leisure centre car park for visitors.

Set Up will be form 8:30am and stallholders are asked to not pack up before the fair ends at 4pm.

There will be refreshments available for visitors and FREE tea/coffee all day for stallholders.

Each stallholder is asked to donate one of their products to the raffle. A business card can be left with your prize.

There are limited plug sockets so if you require a stall with electricity, please make sure you state this in your enquiry.
