I am helping with organising an event at Derby Arboretum Park on Sunday 22nd Dec 1400-1600. The event is called 'Winter Gathering' and we are expecting around 60 people from the local community to attend.We are looking for stallholders to sell their wares at this event and we have 5 tables available for them to do so.
We are hoping to have the festival in the wildlife area in the park, under the canopy, we will be decorating the trees, having some music and winter singing, and then some free hot drinks and mince pies/Christmas cupcakes/ festive biscuits.
We have hired the Heart of the Park building (next to the cafe) as an extra space and in case the weather is not good.
There is a suggested £5 donation per table (where possible).
Please do get in touch if you are local and willing to come and participate at this event with your wares and have a stall there.
