Event Details
This is a new charity event, held indoors in a large hall 17m x 12m, the aim is to have 4 Village coffee mornings a year, building up to monthly. Each event will aim to sponsor a different local charity. The stall holder should aim to help publicise the event, and their presence at the event, in as many ways as possible. We will be asking for donations to provide Teas, coffees, cakes & biscuits. The cost to the public will be by donationThe first charity is Macmillan Coffee morning
1. Each booking should do something to raise money for the chosen charity, AND/OR donate a gift for the tombola (needs to be at the LMC building by Wed 25th Sept) AND/OR donate a homemade cake for the event.
2. Tables & chairs will be set out in the middle of the room for people to sit, eat cake & drink. (Should you wish to provide a small table decoration to advertise your stall, please let us know (no bigger than 15cm tall and 10cm wide)
3. Your table will be situated around the outside of the room. Table fees will be used to pay for the hall, remaining funds will be added to the chosen charities collection, so please tell your friends, the more tables the better.
4. Use social media and word of mouth, to spread the word, for people to come to the event.
The future aim is to make it local, support local groups, charities & businesses, whilst raising money for good local causes.liphookmc.co.uk
