We are a not for profit counselling agency in Basildon Essex and we work with the residents of Basildon district to improve their emotional and mental wellbeing.

We achieve this be ensuring one to one counselling is accessible to everyone, regardless of gender, age, race, background or finance. We also provide one day workshops on different mental health issues.

As already stated we provide counselling and workshops, our other aim is promote mental health awareness and break down the stigma around mental health.

We do this through attending many community events as well as hold our own.

This fun day will be our first but are getting a great response.
We are looking to give the whole family a day of fun whilst also raising awareness regarding mental health and raise much needed funds to continue our services.

The primary school has given us access to the whole of the back field, front playing areas and a inside hall.
We are hoping to build relationships up with stall holder as our aim is make its a regular entry into our diary.
