The first ever 'Sheffield Duathlon for Age UK' will take place in Hillsborough Park on Sunday 5th March 2017 10am-4pm with two exciting races plus activities, stalls, music and fun throughout the day for the whole family. The day is a fundraising event in aid of Age UK Sheffield and 100% of proceeds raised will go directly to the charity and stay in Sheffield, helping local people. Unfortunately due to limited resources we cannot provide power, running water, tables, chairs, gazebos etc please see the attached for more information. Car Parking Information
As the event registration begins at 8am and the first race at 10am we must ask that all vehicles used to set up are off the site before 8am due to safety concerns.
Please include copies of your insurance, Hygiene Certificate (if selling food), risk assessments and any other relevant documentation
Set up times are 6am-8am for vehicles, and until 10am if no vehicle is required to assist with set up. The event close down will commence at 3.30pm, with vehicles allowed onsite at 4pm. Sponsored Advertisers
