Event Details
After two very successful Christmas Fairs at this prestigious venue, Save the Children will be staging our first Spring Gift and Craft Fair at Stratford Town Hall on Saturday 3rd June 2017. The event will be open to the public from 10am to 4pm. Admission will be free.There is a choice of tables available - large (6' x 2'3") @ £35.00 or small (4'9" x 2') @ £25.00. We have a maximum of 50 tables available.Charity rates are available on application.
When selecting stall holders, priority will be give to handmade and fair traded items. We will am for a well balanced, vibrant and high quality fair and will allocate a maximum of 10% of tables to any one product type (e.g jewellery, cards, cosmetics/skin care).
Save the Children will be selling homemade cakes, cards and hand knitted children's clothes. There will be a tombola and light refreshments will be served.
As with all our fairs, we will undertake a vigorous marketing campaign, targeting both the residents of Stratford and the many tourists who visit the town.
Car Parking Information
There is no car parking on site but plenty within five minutes walk of the venue. Full details will be sent to exhibitors prior to the event. Visitors might also like to consider using the Park & Ride facilities.
