The Arts & Crafts Fair will be located in the Oliver Cromwell Hotels events & exhibitions suites, known as the Noble & Ball Rooms 1 & 2. If coming from outside the March area, the postcode for satnav is PE15 9LH. Public admission is free of charge

All exhibitor tables will be provided and all will be ready dressed with matching dark blue tablecloths

All money raised from table rents and any donations goes directly to the chosen charities. Our last event raised £350 for The Cambridgeshire Blind Association, FACET and the Mayor of March's Defibrilator Appeal

Because the show areas are located in a busy town centre hotel, we are unable to set-up before 08.45 hrs although in order to facilitate a smooth operation, exhibitor and demonstrator names will be displayed on the pitched tables when you arrive and copies of the plan layout will be available to assist in locating your position.

The Hotel Management ask that exhibitors refrain from bringing in food (with the exception of cake makers & other artisan food stalls), but a special snack menu will be available for exhibitors in addition to the normal restaurant and bar facilities.

Free parking is available on site. Exhibitors vehicles will be able to unload and load close to the side entrance doors, but in order to help maintain sufficient short-term visitor parking during the day, exhibitors will be asked to use the Hotels free overspill parking area on the opposite side of High StreetFree Parking on site.
