Our Summer Bazaar and fun dog show is held on site at Leicester Animal Aid in Huncote, Leicestershire.
Our fundraising events help to bring more visitors to our rescue centre as well as raise money for local rescue dogs and cats in need.

Trade stalls are situated around the edge of our show field where the dog show takes place (in the Centre). As an established rescue centre, our dog shows and events are well attended.

We provide outdoor (grass) pitches of 3mx3m for £15 - with the fee going towards the work of the Charity (Reg. Charity 242560). If you require more space, please get in touch to discuss.

All stallholders must bring their own gazebo, table and chairs. One car per stall can be parked behind/next to your stall. There is no electricity or wifi on the field, but toilets and refreshments are available on site. 4G is also available.

There will be a lot of dogs at the event, so please bear this in mind. All will be kept on leads. Doggy employees/helpers are welcome at stalls (as long as they are friendly and happy around strangers and other dogs and kept on a lead/secure).

Stallholders to arrive between 8:30am and 9:30am and must be set up by 10:30am. There is no movement from the field until the event closes as 3pm.

We ask for no second-hand stalls or cooked food stalls as these are covered by our own charity shop/staff teams.

We shall also be holding a very similar event - our Family Fun Day & Dog Show on Saturday 19th August which we are also taking bookings for.
