Fun Days & Family Fairs
Family Funday Christchurch - This is our third year and each year is growing bigger and better! held on The Quomps at Christchurch alongside the river, the venue is a green space open to the public for free. In Aigust in Christchurch, the event attracts a lot of visitors to the area plus locals who look forward to the Lions Bank Holiday Monday event.Last year we saw over 2000 visitors during the day.
This is a large, well organised event with First Aid attendance all day, rubbish clearance etc at the end of the day.
We organise lots of free attractions and games to bring the families in such as Punch and Judy, Magic Shows, Extreme Biking, Slides, Inflatibles etc. We aim to have a range of Trade stalls offering a variety of products for sale. I will limit each type of product to 2 stalls so that we offer a balanced range.
Traders will need to provide and erect their own 3m by 3m gazebo.They will also need to have their own Public and Product Liability Insurance ( min of £5 million), Risk Assessment and Food Hygiene certificates ( where appropriate).www.christchurchlions.org.ukTraders can unload their vehicles but they must then remove them to the many Public car parks in Christchurch. Cars can be returend to the Quomps after 5pm for loading. There is no visitor parking on site.
