Event Details
To celebrate the centennial of the Lions Organisation, the Lions Club of Christchurch is holding a Family Fun Day on the Quomps with a 'Nostalgia and Heritage' theme - there will be the Christchurch Royal British Legion Brass Band playing, a Punch & Judy, Ivo the Clown, a baking competition and a horticultural show. All the sideshows will be from a bygone era such as a coconut shy, hoopla, hook a duck etcStall that will also show the public the craft being carried out i.e. woodturning, embroidery etc will be very welcome so that they learn something from the event as well as have fun
