Following the success of the 5th Epsom and Ewell Borough Family Fun Day in 2016, we are now inviting applications to book a pitch at this years event and which will take place on Sunday 17th September 2017 at Hook Road Arena, Hook Road Epsom KT19 8QG, organised by the Rotary Clubs of Epsom and Ewell.

The event has a great community atmosphere where charities, local businesses and community groups can both promote themselves and raise awareness and funds for good causes, by running low cost childrens games and promotions. Last year we had approximately 10,000 people attending the event and this year we are planning for an even greater attendance.

We will again have multiple arenas with free presentations and attractions for the whole family, plus marquees with free childrens entertainment to make a great value day, with any surplus proceeds going to our Rotary Club charities. The emphasis of the event is to provide a great day out with lots of family fun, particularly for younger children, at an affordable cost.

We would stress the importance of running at least one innovative games on your pitch at a very modest price, as our feedback and experience shows that the more family games and attractions on a pitch the more people will be attracted.

We attach both application forms for a pitch at the event and/or to advertise in the event programme, which is the ticket for entry, both at a very reasonable cost.

As per last year our application forms also give the option of having a free entry in the event web site whether as a pitch holder or advertiser, with the added option to link to your own web site. Last year our event web site was getting many thousands of hits in the run up to the day.

If you are applying for a pitch at the event please carefully note that we plan to open at 11.30am and we are asking all pitch holders to be set up by 11am, when we will lock the site down. We plan to close the event at 4.30pm.

Please note that we allocate pitches, which are as detailed on the booking application and pitch holders must bring their own gazebo.
