Event Details
The Easter Eggstravaganza is Rossington Parish Council's yearly event on Easter Sunday. The target audience is families with children up to the age of around 11 years. The entrance is free and all children attending get a free Easter Egg from the Parish. There is a BBQ, Face Painting, Fairground Rides, Charity Stalls and other Stalls. The event starts at 11 am so all stalls must be set up by 10.30 am and finishes at 3.00 pm.The Parish cannot provide any equipment such as gazebos, tables, chairs etc or electrical power or generators. All stalls are responsible for clearing their rubbish and leaving the playing field as they find it. All stalls must also submit their risk assessment and liability insurance certificates plus food hygiene if necessary. The cost for all Stalls is £20.00 for the day.rossingtonparishcouncil.org.uk
