Carterton's annual May Day Fair & Car Boot Sale will take place on Monday 1st May 2017 between 10-4 on Carterton's Recreation Ground & in Brownes Hall (OX18 3JH).We have lots planned for this year and we hope 2017's fete will be the biggest and most exciting one to date! There will be lots of stalls and attractions including fairground rides, petting animals, refreshments, go-karts, vintage cars, a scarecrow trail and a dog show (run by K9 Playtime Academy). With lots more to be announced the closer we get.
There will also be a large car boot and lots of varied charity and commercial stalls, including in our large craft marquee, selling a range of services and products.
If you would like a car boot there is no need to prior book and you can turn up on the day (entry between 9.30-10).
Booking are now open for stall holders so if you would like an outside pitch or a table in our craft marquee please send us a message or visit our website for more info and for prices.

Car Parking Information
For members of the public there is town parking available behind both the town library and behind the town hall however, it does get busy on May Day therefore we recommend you walk or use public transport where possible. There is lots of street parking down residential roads only a short walk away from the recreation ground but please be respectful of residents and any parking restrictions.
For stall holders there is adequate space on an outside pitch for your stall and one vehicle. For stall holders in the craft marquee vehicles must be removed to the nearby town car park by 10.30am.
