Event Details

Carterton's annual May Day Fair & Car Boot Sale will take place this year on Monday 6th May 2019 between 10-4 on Carterton's Recreation Ground & in Brownes Hall (OX18 3JH).
We have lots of exciting things planned for this year and, as 2019 marks our 40th year, we hope it will be the biggest and most exciting one to date! There will be lots of stalls and attractions including fairground rides, refreshments, go-karts, vintage cars, a scarecrow trail and a dog show (run by K9 Playtime Academy).
With lots more to be announced the closer we get. There will also be a large car boot and lots of charity and commercial stalls, including in our large craft marquee.
Bookings are open for stall holders so if you would like an outside pitch or a table in our craft marquee please send us an email, visit our website for more info and for prices.

Car Parking Information

Stall holders can park on their pitch and craft marquee stall holders can unload at the marquee and the move their car to the nearby free town car park. There are large town car parks located behind the Town Hall and behind the Town Library that are free all day.
